T&S Unveils MDC Interface 25G SFP28 Transceiver at CIOE 2023

    T&S has officially launched its new 25G SFP28 optical transceiver, featuring the revolutionary MDC interface—a compact, high-density connectivity solution designed to meet the ever-growing demands of modern data centers. The MDC connector, developed by US Conec, is a Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) duplex optical connector, offering a more space-efficient alternative to traditional LC connectors.


    By incorporating the MDC interface, T&S empowers data center operators with enhanced flexibility, reduced cabling complexity, and space-saving benefits. The transceiver's compact design optimizes rack space, enabling higher port density and supporting the industry's transition to next-generation network infrastructures. The product made its debut at the 25th China International Optoelectronic Exposition (CIOE 2023), where visitors at booth 9B71 experienced a first-hand look at its potential for modern network applications.
