Active Optical Transceiver Hardware Engineer

Job Description:

The Active Optical Transceiver Hardware Engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and production of hardware components for active optical module products. This role requires a hands-on approach to create high-quality, efficient, and innovative hardware solutions that support the company's product development objectives.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop electronic circuits for active optical transceiver products

2. Conduct circuit debugging and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance

3. Oversee the production of prototype samples for testing and validation

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize hardware design and ensure compliance with industry standards

5. Document design specifications, test procedures, and performance reports

Qualifications:

1. Required Skills
  (1)  In-depth knowledge of optical modules and electronic circuit design principles
  (2)  Familiarity with the end-to-end manufacturing processes of optical modules
  (3)  A minimum of 2 years of experience in optical module project development

2. Proficiency in circuit layout design software

3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate effective cross-departmental collaboration

4. Strong project management skills to track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
