T&S Communications' IPO Application Approved

    On March 18, 2016, the Public Offering Review Committee of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) convened its 16th review meeting, during which it approved the Initial Public Offering (IPO) application of T&S Communications Co., Ltd. This approval paved the way for T&S's subsequent listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
