T&S Listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange

T&S was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange officially at the hall of Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Dec.6, 2016. (Stock code: 300570) Chairman of the board Zhang zhimin, General Manager Zhang Yiming and guests attended the ceremony.

Mr. Zhang Zhimin said in his speech on the ceremony that the IPO started a brand new era for the company. T&S will continue to fully take its social responsibility and firmly abide by rules in the capital market to sustain its growth, striving for greater well-being for both workers and stockholders.

T&S issued 31.944 million shares with price of RMB20.59, achieving an IPO P/E ratio 22.99 times and a capitalization of 127.776 million shares after the IPO.
