Product Description of TFF 1310-1490-1550nm FWDM

T&S’s TFF-based FWDM (Thin-Film Filter Wavelength Division Multiplexer) enables simultaneous transmission of 1310nm (upstream), 1490nm (downstream), and 1550nm (CATV/RF overlay) signals over a single fiber, achieving ≤0.6dB(Typical 0.4) insertion loss (Port 1 to 2) or 0.5dB(Typical 0.3) insertion loss (port 2 to 3). Utilizing thin-film filters with 0.01nm wavelength tolerance, this device supports GPON Class B+ systems and 10G EPON architectures. The housing ensures Telcordia GR-1221-CORE compliance, with operational stability from -40°C to +85°C. Ideal for FTTx OLT/ONT integration and hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) network upgrades.
