Voluntary Employment
All employees are voluntarily employed, and the use of prison labor, indentured labor, bonded labor, or forced labor of any kind is strictly prohibited.
The company explicitly states that no monetary deposits, goods, or other forms of "entry deposits" shall be collected from employees upon their entry into the company. Furthermore, employees' identification documents, such as ID cards, diplomas, or other personal identification certificates, shall not be withheld or used as collateral. Employees are not required to pay any deposit or training fees when joining or leaving the company. The Human Resources department may make copies of these documents for record-keeping purposes, but the originals must be promptly returned to the employees.
Fair Recruitment and Hiring Practices
All qualified applicants must be given equal opportunity to apply for open positions. Recruitment advertisements shall not include restrictions based on race, social class, nationality, place of origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or political views. Employment decisions shall be based on the candidate's skills and qualifications rather than any of the aforementioned discriminatory factors.
The administrative department may establish guidelines for acceptable workplace behavior and conduct. However, hiring decisions must be based solely on the skills and qualities necessary to perform the job.
Protection of Female Employees
Pregnancy tests are strictly prohibited both before and after employment. Female employees shall not be discriminated against, dismissed, or have their employment contracts terminated due to pregnancy. If necessary, work assignments may be adjusted based on the employee's health condition, in accordance with the Special Provisions on Labor Protection for Female Employees. After maternity leave, female employees must be reinstated to their original positions with no change to their benefits or treatment.
Fair Treatment of Employees with Disciplinary Records
Employees who have been disciplined for previous misconduct but have since corrected their behavior shall not face ongoing discrimination in their future work. Dismissal of employees must follow established procedures to ensure fairness and avoid discriminatory practices.
Equal Pay for Equal Work
Employees performing the same job with equal skills and educational background shall receive the same starting salary. Wages, bonuses, and other forms of compensation shall be based on employees' performance, not on factors such as race, social class, nationality, place of origin, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, or political views.
Respect for Employee Rights
The company shall not interfere with or discriminate against employees for exercising their rights to adhere to beliefs or norms related to race, social class, religion, political opinion, sexual orientation, or union membership.
Prohibition of Harassment and Abuse
The company strictly prohibits any form of intimidation, harassment, or actions that cause fear, humiliation, or abuse. This includes verbal abuse, coercive sexual behavior, threats, exploitation, and inappropriate physical contact, gestures, or language.
The company also strictly prohibits any department or individual from engaging in corporal punishment, physical assault, body searches, or the confinement of employees in workplaces or dormitories to restrict their personal freedom. No department or individual is permitted to coerce employees into labor through violence, threats, or unlawful restrictions on personal freedom.
Freedom of Movement
Employees are free to enter and exit dormitories and factory premises during non-working hours. Security personnel are responsible solely for preventing unauthorized persons or vehicles from entering the factory and for protecting company property from theft. Security personnel are not allowed to restrict employees' freedom of movement.
