Product Description of 2 x 16 Single Mode PLC Splitter, Bare type, No Connector, 250μm Bare fiber

T&S 2×16 Bare Fiber PLC splitters are high-capacity optical distribution network (ODN) components, designed for advanced Fiber to the X (FTTx) applications, such as FTTH, FTTB, and FTTO. Fully compliant with ITU-T PON standards like GPON and XGS-PON, these splitters offer efficient signal distribution in high-density networks.

With 250μm fiber leads, they are housed in a compact, durable package that minimizes space requirements. These splitters offer excellent performance with low insertion loss, reduced polarization-dependent loss (PDL), and enhanced reliability. Available in multiple configurations, they feature bend-insensitive fiber for optimal performance even in challenging installations.

Equipped with exposed bare fibers at both ends, these splitters are ideal for use in applications such as optical fiber distribution panels, pigtail cassettes, test setups, and WDM systems, ensuring high flexibility for diverse network configurations.
